It is officially halftime. Yes friends, we are halfway through 2013. Can you believe it? I can't. It seems like just yesterday I was counting down the new year and now I find myself halfway through it. I also find that the halfway point of any endeavor is a good time to pause, reassess, and recalibrate if necessary. So...that begs the question: "How has the first half of Operation 2013 gone for you?" Whether you have been kicking hindparts and taking names or aren't quite where you'd hoped to be by now, it is now halftime. So take a second to give yourself a pat on the back or a pep talk, and then have a good look at your game plan.
