So I hope I got you thinking about getting a Wellness Program started in your office. But if you haven't yet sorted your benefits package offering, we may be getting a little ahead ourselves. Let's go back to basics. Employee benefits are a wide open sea that we will help you navigate, but doing the same for your employees can be challenging. Many people upon employment or during open enrollment just close their eyes and point without really considering their acute needs and what options are available to meet them. Consider expanding your employee education efforts. The upside is that doing so can cut costs and administrative burdens in the long run, but most importantly, it empowers your employees to make choices in their best interest.
