It seems that nowadays our culture is acutely aware of and sensitive to bullying (and rightfully so, I might add). There is a righteous outcry from parents, advocates, teachers, journalists alike drawing attention to and combating this insidious practice and trying to both stem and turn the tide. Fortunately our nations kids, adolescents and teenagers are listening and doing their part to to be part of the solution. Unfortunately, there isn't quite the same kind of advocacy for adults. There are no legal statutes specifically addressing bullying in the work place, something that certainly occurs. There are, however, a host of anti-discrimination and -harassment laws that protect employees rights to a non-hostile environment. Follow the jump to find out what they are.
