Sometimes I have to just stop and marvel at how far we have come. Just yesterday I surfed myself all the way over to the Asia/Pacific/Australia side of the net all from the comfort of my own home. Just give me a jet-pack and it might as well be the future. I straddle Gen-X and Gen-Y, which, among other things, means that while there wasn't a computer in every home when we gen-fence-sitters were born, there was when we left. All this to say that I came of age with the internet...and it still blows my mind. The internet is a pretty amazing place, but just like most amazing places, it has its ne'er-do-wells that lurk in dark corners and prey on young, beautiful, vulnerable small businesses like yours.
