When last we blogged, we discussed what kind of small business owner you are. Knowing yourself is important and can definitely smooth the path to success - or at least minimize obstacles, namely, yourself. But what about the folks on the other side of the line, desk, counter, telephone, etc: the customers. There are four types of customers: the Director, the Analyst, the Relater, and the Socializer. Now, these archetypes are specific to retail, but I'd venture to guess that they offers a little, if not a lot, of insight into all customers.
