Yesterday we blogged about creating an awesome first day for your employees, a great idea if I do say so myself – actually, I did say so myself, yesterday, but no need to toot my own horn…moving on. You want your employees to be jazzed about joining the team, but it’s also important for you to be jazzed about them becoming a part of the team too.
